Products and Pricing

We work to describe our chairs accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification is complete or error free. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once payment is authorized and the item is available. We accept major cards, digital wallets and financing through trusted partners. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer white-glove delivery within the continental United States. A team delivers to the room of your choice, sets up your chair and removes the packaging. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary with location and stock.

Returns and Warranty

Every chair includes a manufacturer warranty, with optional extended protection available. Return eligibility and timelines are described at checkout and on request. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their approval and terms. We are not the lender and we do not make credit decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access or use it for any unlawful purpose.
